Working and Education Experiences

Mrs. He majored in physics and electronics, and received a B.S. in 2000. After graduation, she joined FOXCONN as a patent engineer, and was admitted to practice patent law in China in 2004. Mrs. He was widely recognized as an excellent team leader, and became a director of the IP division specialized in flat screen of FOXCONN.
Mrs. He worked for Shenzhen Intellectual Property Office during 2004 and 2007, engaging in IP protection matters.

In 2007, Mrs. He founded Shenzhen WISPRO intellectual property agency, which primarily engages in IP prosecution. Till now WISPRO has expanded to a large agency having 150+ staffing, and have 8 branch offices in China.

  • Mrs. He is proficient in writing Chinese and American patent application specifications and defenses; in Chinese and American patent infringement comparative analysis, and design-around analysis, and helps enterprises to effectively carry out product development and production to avoid patent risks in advance.
  • Mrs. He has been focusing on delivering practical and innovative solutions to clients involved in high-profile IP disputes with cutting-edge legal issues. She has been advising famous Chinese companies in SEP-related matters and also represented them in the licensing negotiations. She has helped resolve high-stakes IP disputes for global technology leaders as well as companies in telecommunications, software, consumer electronics, electric equipment, medical devices, and automobile industries.
  • Thanks to her extensive experiences in the practice of Patent Law, she was engaged as a government counselor to lead a number of IP protection projects. These government projects were designed to help local enterprises establish IP management systems, and also advise the companies on specific foreign related infringement disputes. These projects include:
  • U.S. Patent Infringement Alert Project in the field of flat screen sponsored by Shenzhen Market Supervise and Management Office; and
  • Patent Analysis Research, Patent Infringement Alter and analysis in the field of novel flat screen.
  • Mrs. He is also a well-recognized lecturer lecturing on IP protection for various entities, and also on IP training for your college students. She was honored as a guest professor in a number of colleges, including Shenzhen University (IP Law Institute), South China University of Technology, and Chongqing University of Technology.
