Work Experiences

Mrs. Chen majored in communications engineering in Ji Lin University, and was awarded a master degree of science in communications engineering from Ji Lin university in 2007.

 

After graduation, Mrs. Chen joined the tech giant, Huawei, in 2008, and has been working there till 2012. Mrs. Chen worked in the R&D division in Huawei, and become experienced in the area related to communications area, and cloud computing. After leaving Huawei, She worked for Shenzhen Xin Wei Communications Technology Co., Ltd for 8 years, leading the terminal software team.  

 

Mrs. Chen joined Junlong Law Firm in 2021, and obtained the qualification of patent agent in 2022.

Practice Experiences

  • Chen is skillful in drafting application documents in the technical fields of communications, signal processing, computer hardware and software, electronic circuit and automation etc., and also experienced in preparing responses tooffice actions in the substantive examination proceedings, and handling reexamination and invalidation cases.

 

  • In addition to prosecuting patent applications, M Chen also works together with attorney-at-law in patent infringement litigations to do infringement analysis involving complicated technologies, and provide legal counseling in FTO projects.
