Practice Experiences

• Zhu has so far handled more than 1000 patent applications related to machinery, software, optoelectronics and other fields, and responded to more than 800 office actions. Besides, he has participated in more than 60 patent invalidation proceeding as a patent petitioner. The analyzed patents mainly involved the structure and manufacturing process of the display panel;
• Zhu has completed a number of industrial analysis reports for different industries, including intelligent driving, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diagnosis enterprises, and become very experiences in counseling on patent layout; and
• Zhu has led the patent prosecution team for nearly ten years, and got tremendously experienced in the practice of patent law.
• Due to his experiences in patent law, he is also responsible for evidence reservation for patent infringement cases, and administrative litigations involving patent invalidation decisions.
• M Zhu also participated in the compilation and the publication of the book “A Practical Handbook for Patent Protection-Attack and Defense Strategies”, a project sponsored by the Shenzhen Lawyers’ Association.
