Work Experiences

  • Mr. Cui majored in laws in Shenzhen University, and received a bachelor degree of law in 2018. Mr. Cui obtained the qualification of practicing law in China in 2018.  
  • After graduation, Mr. Cui joined Shenzhen Weisheng Electronics as a corporate legal counsel, and was in charge of drafting and review all sorts of contracts of the company, and held responsible for assessing any management risks of the company, and has worked out a complete system that guides the company to comply with the laws of China. It was during this period that Mr. cui gained extensive experiences as a corporate counsel.
  • Mr. Cui joined Junlong Law Firm in 2020, and was promoted to the deputy director of the Pingshan branch of the firm in 2023.

Practice Experiences

  • Cui specializes in dispute resolution, particularly in civil and commercial matters. Specifically, he advises on commercial sales and other contractual disputes, corporate disputes, family matters.
  • Cui has abundant experience in labor matters, including but not limited to reviewing and drafting employment contracts and employment-related agreements, employee’s handbook and other internal rules and regulations, assisting enterprises in formulating and launching equity incentive plan, conducting due diligence on labor-related issues, providing legal advice on the establishment, alteration and termination of employment relationship.
  • Cui’s particular expertise lies in administrative seizure before the Shenzhen IP office. He works closely with the Shenzhen IP office to establish various IP protection centers in Longhua district, and helps to establish all sorts of management systems, and IP protection policies etc.
