Practice Experiences

• M Zhu got the qualification of practicing law in 1999, and has been practicing civil law and criminal law ever since. So far, Mr. Zhu has represented the clients to address 1000+ legal conflicts.Armed with years of experiences, Mr. Zhu advises on a wide range of client matters, including dispute resolution, contract negotiation, and legal and business analysis, from not only a legal perspective, but also from a business perspective.
• In 2020, Mr. Zhu represented the Plaintiff to deal with an Integrated Circuit layout design infringement matter, and finally won the case after the second instance trial before the Supreme People’s Court. This case involved pioneer technology and fact finding, which had not been addressed uniformly before by any courts in China. The case was elected as Top 10 Intellectual Property Cases of 2020 across China.
• Zhu and Mr. Ding, both founding partners of Junlong, led the team to publish a book, titled “STRATEGIES FOR PATENT PROTECTION AND ENFORCEMENT”, which book became a hit among IP practitioners once it was published.
• His clients include quite a number of public listed companies, including PCCOOLER, Netac, Hytera, and high-tech companies, like, Aftershokz,, INVT and some non-profit institutions.
