Working and Education Experiences

Mr. Ma majored in law in Zhengzhou University, and received a bachelor degree of law in 2014. Mr. Ma obtained the qualification of practicing law in China in 2014.  

Mr. Ma joined Junlong Law Firm in 2015 after graduating from the university, and has been working there ever since, and became a partner at Junlong in 2021 after gaining tremendous experiences in addressing civil and commercial conflicts.

Practice Experiences

  • Mr. Ma has been engaged by over 20+ corporations as a leading counsel for providing annual legal service, and has provided legal counseling to more than 60 clients, ranging from large entity to individuals.
  • Mr. Ma has handled over 800 IP infringement cases and dispute resolutions, and became very skillful in addressing disputes and issues involving patent, computer software copyrights, unfair competition, and trademark. Particularly, Mr. Ma has represented Shokz, Chic, Netac, and One More to initiate all-round patent right infringement actions in China, providing comprehensive support for the clients’ IP rights.
  • Mr. Ma’s particular expertise also lies in administrative seizure before the Shenzhen IP office, which helps to eliminate counterfeit products, and also helps preserve evidence for litigations before the civil court.
  • Mr. Ma has handled several significant recent appeals, one of which is (2019)ZUIGAOFAMINSHEN 5971, which was named “50 Classic Intellectual Property Cases Heard by Chinese Courts in 2021”.
  • Mr. Ma has been engaged for four consecutive years by South China University of Technology as Guest Lecturer to lecture on intellectual property course to the undergraduates.
  • Mr. Ma was named the TOP 10 Attorneys of 2021 (Shenzhen, Longhua district)
