• Due to his solid knowledge in civil law and the overall experiences in law practice, Mr. Zhuang was engaged as a lead counsel providing legal counseling service for, for example, Shenzhen Research Institute of Nankai University, and Zhonghai Property Management Co., Ltd.,
• M Zhuang is also skillful in providing solutions to conflicts over unfair competition, employment contract,, and private lending, etc.
• Since 2017, Mr. Zhuang has represented OneMore Acoustics Technology Co., Ltd. in a serious of patent infringement litigations as a patent owner, assisting clients to clean up the market and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
• Zhuang was the lead attorney representing Shenzhen Caimen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. in trademark as well as patent litigation cases, and recovered nearly 10 million yuan in losses for the client.
• Zhuang also served as a legal counsel for several technology companies, and participated in or undertook several non-litigation projects such as patent invalidation, patent target analysis, and enterprise intellectual property risk control.
• In May 2020, Mr. Zhuang participated in the compilation and the publication of the book “A Practical Handbook for Patent Protection-Attack and Defense Strategies”, a project sponsored by the Shenzhen Lawyers’ Association.
