• Since 2017, Vivian has represented OneMore Acoustics Technology Co., Ltd. in a serious of patent infringement litigations as a patent owner, assisting clients to clean up the market and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
• Since 2019, she has represented Shenzhen Shokz Technology Co., Ltd. in more than 100 patent infringement lawsuits, and helped obtain a damage amount totaling more than 5 millions. During this period, She also represented the client in patent invalidation proceeding and administrative litigations, maintaining the stability of the client’s patent rights as well as their long-term leading position in the industry.
• Vivian was also one of the lead attorneys representing Shenzhen Caimen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. in trademark as well as patent litigation cases, and recovered nearly 10 million yuan in losses for the client.
• Vivian also served as a legal counsel for several technology companies, and participated in or undertook several non-litigation projects such as patent invalidation, patent target analysis, and enterprise intellectual property risk control.
• In May 2020, Vivian participated in the compilation and the publication of the book “A Practical Handbook for Patent Protection-Attack and Defense Strategies”, a project sponsored by the Shenzhen Lawyers’ Association.
• From May 2021, Vivia started to represented Wuhu NVC E-Commerce Lighting Co., Ltd. as the defendant, successfully invalidating the patent at issue, recovering the loss of more than 3 million yuan for the client.
• Since 2022, Vivian has been providing legal counseling service for Biomedical Transformation Center of Shenzhen Bay Laboratory.
