Mrs. Lee was awarded a B. A in laws, a B.S. in economics, and a M.A in intellectual property law from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2018.

 

Mrs. Lee joined Junlong Law Firm after graduating from the law university, and has been working there ever since, and became a partner at Junlong in 2022 after gaining tremendous experiences in law practice, especially in the area of unfair competition, and trademark laws.

  • Mrs. Lee has handled various intellectual property cases, including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, etc.; She has also provided intellectual property legal consulting services for many well-known enterprises to help them avoid risks and protect their own intellectual property rights and safeguard legitimate rights and interests, including Shenzhen Research Institute of Nankai University, Onemore Acoustics Co., Ltd., Zhonghai Property Management Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Shokz Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Dapu Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.
  • In 2020 Mrs. Lee lead a legal team to write and publish the book entitled “A Practical Handbook for Patent Protection-Attack and Defense Strategies”, which collected precedented case opinions of the SPC, and some typical cases decided by higher courts of various jurisdictions. Besides, Mrs. Lee also published a number of articles on the practice of IP Law over some well-recognized IP platforms, such as IPRdaily and ZHICHANLI.
  • Mrs. Lee has solid legal knowledge, and can deal with complicated cases and provide comprehensive solutions.
